35.5 to 13.5 hrs total effort per reporting cycle, about 62% less

For battalion maintenance leaders who were spending most of a work week each cycle assembling a readiness brief by hand. Total effort fell from 35.5 to 13.5 hours, the brief's owners now spend 2.5, and the review became a decision forum. It was adopted beyond the battalion that built it. Built by RIG's founder as a battalion maintenance officer, in Power BI over existing data.

For staff sections preparing for a Commanding General's Inspection, who were cross-referencing orders line by line. It generates functional-area checklists where every item cites the governing MCO or NAVMC text, so staff verify instead of trusting a paraphrase. Built by RIG's founder in Marine Corps service; the live demonstration at the 2026 Marine Corps AI Workshop.
